Mike is the Broker/Owner of Elite Commercial Realty. He was also the New England Commercial Director of KW Commercial Division. Mike bringing over 25 years of experience including being President of R.I. Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors (RICABOR), Instructor and Director at RIAR and RPAC, and Top Dogs Institute Instructor and Past Creator and Regional Director of Coldwell Banker's Commercial Real Estate Division in R.I. from 2002-2008.
Christopher Lowe - Broker Associate
Chris brings extensive experience and expertise from a varied commercial background. Chris had held numerous positions as both a financial executive and in operations as a Group General manager with companies that have varied from globally stock exchange listed entities, through to start up and family business and integral part of the investment group that built Australia's largest government data center group in 2007. With career experience in sectors including Services, Technology, Manufacturing and Energy, the real estate impact on long term strategic planning and on the profitability of your business or investment is top of mind. Chris graduated from the University of Sydney in Australia with a B.Com majoring in Accounting and Economics, and was Australian CPA.
W.Barrett Holby Jr.- Broker Associate
Barrett is a Realtor with KW Commercial and is part of the Elite Realty Group. Barrett was the Founder and President of Holby Marine Co. in Bristol, RI. before joining KW Commercial. Barrett brings a wealth of knowledge to the Commercial Real Estate Market. His area of expertise is industrial, hospitality and maritime real estate.
Scott Dennett - Broker Associate
A graduate of Babson College, Scott has a distinguished thirty-plus (30+) year Worcester career as a results-driven real estate analyst and advisor to individuals, for profit, non-profit and tax-exempt institutions. Scott today leads The Dennett Group, and serves as Director of Keller Williams Commercial Division in Worcester. Scott is uniquely qualified to provide extensive Worcester market knowledge, integrity, negotiating skills and client communications.Scott has served in many civic capacities in Worcester, from boards of directors to area non-profit agencies, to numerous appointments to city task forces and commissions. Scott resides in Worcester, is married and the father of four (4) children.
Edward Allen Canlas - Admin
Edward is the newest addition to the Elite Realty Group team. He graduated from New Era University in 2010, with a degree in business administration majoring in management. Edward is a hardworking and versatile administrative assistant with proven organizational skills and unmatched attention to detail. Acting as a liaison, he directs communications between internal and external stakeholders, organizes schedules, and helps us complete tasks related to managing the business. Presenting important information, entering data, updating files and other documents, and secures our social media presence while performing other clerical duties and errands online. He is our cyberbacker.
